Partnerships

At LifeLong Medical Care, we value partnerships. Our history has proven—and our strategy continues to prove—that by working together, we can discover, develop, and deliver the innovative services that will help people live longer, healthier, and more active lives.

Collaborative Vision

We seek the best ideas, capabilities, and research available, whatever the source. Having excellent in-house talent and resources is one of the pillars of our LifeLong success, but at the same time, we're excited about the opportunities that exist to collaborate. Great work is being done in all corners of the world and in multiple settings. Our goal is to find it, advance it, and put it to work for our patients who need it.

Straightforward Approach

We think the best way to establish a relationship is through a clear, straightforward process that enables us to respond rapidly and efficiently to potential partnering opportunities. We continue to devote dedicated, experienced teams and individuals to ensure partnership success.

Strategic Partnerships

National Association of Community Health Centers

NACHC works with a network of state health center and primary care organizations to serve health centers in a variety of ways.

California Primary Care Association

CPCA is the statewide leader and recognized voice representing the interests of California community clinics and health centers and their patients.

Alameda Health Consortium

AHC serves as the association for eight member community health centers that together serve more than 150,000 people in Alameda County.

California Health Care Foundation

CHCF works as a catalyst to fulfill the promise of better health care for all Californians. They support ideas that improve quality, increase efficiency, and lower the costs of care.

Community Health Center Network

CHCN was formed by our member health centers in 1996 in order to more effectively participate in newly launched state managed care programs.

Marin Community Foundation

MCN’s mission is to encourage and apply philanthropic contributions to help improve the human condition, embrace diversity, promote a humane and democratic society, and enhance the community's quality of life, now and for future generations.

The San Francisco Foundation

We are a vehicle for change and a bridge to the future, a network of philanthropists and civic leaders bringing resources together to support and build on the strengths of community and make the Bay Area the best place it can be.

Adult Day Services Network

The Network is an association of 15 non-profit adult day programs that serve Alameda County, California. They promote access to high quality adult day services and have been providing community education for families and professionals since 1993.

California Association for Adult Day Services

CAADS supports the development of adult day services as an alternative to institutional care.

“Our number-one priority is to create services that make a real difference for patients. To realize this goal, we recognize that LifeLong resources and capabilities are necessary, but seldom sufficient—we just can’t do it alone. Partnering has been a key and explicit element of our strategy for many years. Successful, productive partnerships are essential for LifeLong’s ongoing pursuit of innovation and excellence.”
