The LifeLong Supportive Housing Program (SHP) provides
health and social services to formerly homeless people with disabilities.
SHP provides on-site, multidisciplinary support services to over 600
tenants living in eight subsidized housing sites scattered throughout
Berkeley and Oakland. LifeLong does not own or operate any of the
housing sites and does not have housing available for the public.
If you need assistance with finding low income
housing call:
2-1-1
2-1-1 is a free, non-emergency, confidential, 3-digit
phone number and service that provides easy access to housing
information, and critical health and human services.
2-1-1 operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with
multi-lingual capabilities.
Services provided by the LifeLong Supportive Housing Program are
optional and available to all tenants living in the housing sites
