Angel Tree is an annual program for LifeLong staff members to reach out to over 1,000 patients in need during the Winter holiday season. Our Community HealthCorps Members serve to coordinate essential gifts, all of which are delivered directly to our patients living in our nearby communities in December. Staff and sponsoring community businesses provide gifts including nonperishable food, warm clothes and children’s toys. Please support our 11th Annual Angel Tree program by clicking here .
